MENTAL HEALTH & KICKBOXING
Founded and predominantly operated by women, KickHouse encourages members to grow their strength and resilience through kickboxing. Understanding that fitness and mental health are directly related, this mental health series translates the literal action of kickboxing into the figurative concept of “fighting” for mental health, attaching purpose to the workout.
